Here’s how it’ll work:

First, we get on the phone, one-on-one, and go over your med spa.

I look at what you’ve got going in terms of services and treatments you offer, leads, sales, and what you want to achieve in the future.

Once we have those originating numbers, I will help you develop a clear, chronological strategic plan to increase your revenue and profits immediately. Dramatically.

There are several ways I might do this for you.

For example, I might show you how to restructure your offer for a better price or turn more of your website traffic into consults and first-time bookings. How to get more of your first-time bookings into consistent, predictable repeat bookings, create several different strategies for generating a lot of recurring revenue, or get more (and better) reviews. Or how to reactivate past customers.

And we’ll craft a promotion you can run within days to take to your existing list of leads and customers...and have the cash register ringing over and over again.

And like I said, there’s no charge for this.

Anyway - as you can imagine, I’ll get a LOT of interest from this invitation.

And that’s why I need you to read this next part carefully: this is not for everybody.  

I’m very particular about who I’ll speak with, and I've got a strict (but reasonable) set of criteria that needs to be met for us to proceed.

Here’s who I can help:

1. You have to have a solid med spa business. This offer is for people who want to generate more revenue and profit faster. This means you’ve got a steady flow of leads and customers. You’re getting consistent traffic and making sales.

2. You’re promoting, and you’re selling stuff. You don’t have to be “everywhere” or “huge” ...I just need you to be PRESENT in your market.

3. You should already be doing a minimum of $750K - $1MM+ in revenue per year. 

4. You must have a list of at least 750 leads and clients who’ve been to your spa or signed up to learn more about your services within the last year. More is better, but we should have at least 750 recent leads and clients.

5. You must have a good reputation. Everything we do together will undoubtedly bring you more sales and profits, but we’ll be doing it in a way that creates even more goodwill in your market. And for us to do that, you need to be already operating your spa with integrity and providing extraordinary service.
   
   We won’t focus on the quality of your spa or aesthetic treatments. My team and I are not experts at that. We’re experts at generating more volume, retention, higher profit, etc., but we can’t do that ethically or sustainably unless you’re already providing an extraordinary experience to your clients. Period.  

6. You must be willing to follow directions and take action. Don’t worry; I won’t ask you to do anything onerous (just look at what Jenny Garland said in her testimonial - it took precious little of her time and input for us to cause those results for her - but she did need to follow directions and take a few key actions.)
